As of summer 2020, the WBRC is transitioning to using an online record submission form, the link to which can be found below. While the committee now prefers online submission for ease of review and because it speeds up communication with observers, we understand that an online rare bird form isn’t feasible for everyone. If you are unable to submit a rare bird report online, please email Courtney Rudd (courtney.rudd@wyo.gov) for a copy of the form in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
